  • Easy Returns: Changed your mind? No problem! You have up to 90 days to return any unused products. Ensure they’re in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refunds: We'll refund the full value of your returned items, minus the original shipping cost. Please note, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.

  • On-the-spot Returns: Customers can also return items directly to our Ballymount office. Ensure all return paperwork is completed in full to proceed with the refund process.
    • Please note that exchanges are not available on-site. 

    Exchanges

    • How It Works: Need a different size or colour? Simply return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.

    Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items

    • Special Orders: Are customised and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Scrub hats, socks, face masks, and embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    No Exchanges on Sale Items

    • Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt, but exchanges are not available.

     

      Faulty Items:

      • We strive to supply items of the highest quality in perfect condition - however, if your item is faulty, please contact our customer service for assistance.

      • Can I return worn items? No, we only accept returns for unused items in their original condition.
      • How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are typically processed within 2-4 working days after we receive your return.
      • Do you provide free returns? At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
