Delivery Information

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery €3.99 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracked delivery €5.99 Specific delivery days provided with tracking information.
Click & Collect FREE Most orders ready for pickup at our Ballymount office within 2 working days.

Dispatch Time

  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours.

    Delivery Times for Special Items

    • Out of Stock Items: 2-3 weeks.
    • Embroidered Items: Allow an extra 3-4 weeks for delivery.

      Shipping Confirmation

      • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
      • The email will include tracking information.
      • A signature may be required upon delivery.

        Click and Collect

        Click and Collect orders are usually available for pickup at our Ballymount office within 2 working days. Please wait for an email notification confirming your order is ready. Orders with embroidery require an additional 3-4 weeks.

        Orders are picked twice a day:

        • 9 AM Picking: Orders placed after 4 PM the previous day until 9 AM on the current day.
        • 12 Noon Picking: Orders placed from 9 AM until 12 Noon on the current day.

        Orders placed before 4 PM are eligible for next-day collection. Same-day collection is not currently available.

        Shipping

        • Responsibility: Once shipped, the postal service or courier is responsible for delivery.

        International Delivery

        We deliver to the following countries. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to check if we can deliver to your destination:

        • We deliver to Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Norway, and more.
        • For deliveries to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Saint Martin (French part), and Morocco, please visit our French website at happyblouse.fr.
